If you are able to swim a length, and would like expert guidance from our coaches, then our Masters is for you.
If you are a ex-club swimmer, triathlete or someone who has moved up to lengths, then our coaches can develop your stroke and provide you with an aerobic training session, which will increase your heart and lung function and help you burn fat. Training is progressive and cyclical to help you gain optimal performance. Some anaerobic work is also undertaken to help you gain some speed in the Pool.
